2021 Mesquite Santa Cop Santa Cop Sponsorship Opportunity
The Mesquite Police Department is seeking sponsorships to support the Santa Cop Toy Program. Santa Cop has provided gifts to children in Mesquite since 1982. Last year, the Santa Cop Toy Program provided gifts to over 1200 children from more than 400 different families.
The mission of the Santa Cop Toy Program is to assist disadvantaged children and their families in Mesquite, and the surrounding communities served by the Mesquite Independent School District (MISD), during the Christmas season. Police officers and MISD school counselors select the disadvantaged families for participation. We then provide needy families with a generous quantity of donated age-appropriate toys for their children.
The success of the Santa Cop Toy Program would not be possible without the generous support of the community. Residents, businesses, and civic groups have shown how important this program is to our community. Through your generous contributions, Santa Cop will continue providing families with age-appropriate gifts and joy during the Christmas season.
