‘The Mesquite Police Association is excited to announce our first-ever Christmas Light Challenge — a friendly, festive competition celebrating the incredible holiday spirit across our city!
Every day and night while you are fast asleep, Mesquite Police Officers are actively searching and patrolling through our neighborhoods and business districts. We’re looking for those burglars, porch pirates, and anyone who deserves coal in their stocking!
While we’re out there, we see the creativity, the hard work, and the joy that so many of you put into decorating your homes and storefronts. This year, we want to shine a positive light on YOU — the residents and businesses who make Mesquite brighter during the holiday season.

🌟 How It Works 🌟
Submit your address or a neighbor’s address to be entered into the competition. Throughout December, officers will visit participating locations to admire and judge the displays.
At the end of the competition, winners will be selected based on creativity, holiday spirit, and overall presentation
Prizes
Winners will receive gift cards to local Mesquite businesses, supporting both our residents and our local economy.
We’re still working out the details, but be assured, the juice will be worth the squeeze!
